The earphones, on the other hand, currently only have a play/pause button and a few call functions. The control buttons are also rather haptic. We were only able to pair one earbud with our phone's Bluetooth on the first try. Nonetheless, we utilized the "Reset" option to connect the wireless earphones to the phone through Bluetooth. The reset option can be useful for ensuring that both earphones are always in sync.

If your earphones have been linked to too many devices, they may suffer from memory loss. If one of the earbuds fails to pair, simply resetting them will solve the problem. Here's how to re-establish your TOZO T10 Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Earbuds' Bluetooth connection:

• Delete/forget all TOZO records on your device's Bluetooth before restarting.
• Bluetooth on your device should be turned off.
• Then, for around 5 seconds, click the button on both earbuds to turn them off.
• After 10-15 seconds, push and hold both buttons for another 15 seconds, or until a purple light flashes three times.

With the exception of the first incident, we had no problems pairing the T10 5.0 Wireless Earbuds with other Bluetooth 5.0 devices. Remember that the T10 5.0 Wireless Earbuds will not operate with Bluetooth devices that are older than Bluetooth 5.0. In fact, the earphones may not operate at all in some circumstances.
